The Inebri-Actometer, designed and built for Prof. Doug Ruden, provides a means of monitoring 128 fruit flies simultaneously while subjecting them to alcohol vapor which renders them inebriated.

Monitoring and recording software provides data for the study of the genetics of alcoholism.
