Graphical User Interfaces
GUIs
Make the instrument easy to operate and the results easy to visualize with an efficient user interface.
A good GUI enables interactive parameter entry and displays data in real time:
- The upper left photo illustrates a user interface at the right can control an NMR spin-speed controller.
- The user interface for the Force Plate Actometer maps real-time position and total force for the user.
- The GUI for the Programmable Shutter Sequencer simplifies parameter setup.
- Spectroscopy instrumentation for the Physical Chemistry teaching lab provides efficient control, immediate visual information and stores the data sets.
- The Inebri-Actometer provides an immediate assessment of fruit fly activity.
